Initial Assessment: You'll start with up to a 30-minute consultation to discuss your goals, assess your current fitness level, and identify areas for improvement.
Customised Coaching Plan: You'll be set up on our very own training app, where your weekly personalised plan will be tailored to your specific needs and goals, including all of your daily activities and coaching comments to guide you.
Regular Check-Ins: Bi-weekly or monthly coaching calls to monitor progress, address any challenges or concerns, and make adjustments to the plan as needed, as well as frequent comments on your plan.
Progress Tracking: Regular tracking and analysis of your progress, including metrics such as distance covered, speed, and heart rate.
Improved Performance: Our service will help you develop a customised training plan that targets your specific strengths and weaknesses, leading to improved performance and rapid progress.
Increased Confidence: By providing regular support and guidance, we'll help you build confidence in your ability to reach your goals and overcome obstacles.
